What brought you to Yale?
Yale was the only EMBA program I applied to because as I was researching schools and visiting their webpages, Yale specifically cited its mission multiple times and I couldn’t even find the word “mission” on other schools’ websites.
How have you impacted sustainable practices in your career?
I have been talking about sustainable investing for quite some time at my foundation and we are slowly becoming active via PRIs and Impact Investing. I participate with SASB and I’m working towards my FSA designation. I’ve spoken on panels related to the potential for sustainable investing, broadly defined, within the investor community and I am a board member of the Junto for Sustainable Investing.
What challenges do you see for sustainability in your industry?
I am uncompromising when it comes to investment performance and I am wary of the “green washing” taking place within product development in the investment space.
Tell us one thing about yourself that might surprise your classmates.
I am a fan of classic Harleys.
