At the Yale Center for Business and the Environment (CBEY), Heather's role focuses on spearheading the center’s marketing and communications efforts, expanding student engagement, and managing several of the center's key programs.
Prior to joining CBEY, Heather worked as Assistant Director at the Yale Center for Customer Insights at the Yale School of Management. There she developed a breadth of marketing and communication programs, engaged with students on research projects, and directed all of the center’s live events. Throughout it all, she has managed projects big and small with grace and focus.
Heather has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and customer insights, working with global brands such as Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble and McDonald’s to evaluate and improve their communication strategies. At the start of her career, she was part of a consortium that pioneered online research at its infancy, bringing together practitioners and researchers to build best practices.
A mother of three, she enjoys gardening, hiking with her dog, finding fantastic bargains at consignment shops, and spending time with her family.
